Abstract The research into the five index variables of the features of small and medium high-tech enterprises finds that the asset-liability ratio of small and medium high-tech enterprises is generally low. Their financing decisions are determined by the need for short-term business activities and the financing market conditions. The financial structure of the enterprises is not an important influencing factor
