Abstract On the basis of the related economic data of Zhejiang Province from 1984 to 2009, using co-integration test, the authors examined the influence of FDI on the export scale of mechanical and electrical products of Zhejiang Province and hold that FDI can promote the export scale of mechanical and electrical products to a certain extent. Industrial structure should be upgraded and preferential investment attracting policy should be implemented to promote the better and quicker development of FDI attraction and utilization in Zhejiang Province and expand the export scale of mechanical and electrical products of Zhejiang Province
