Abstract Commercial cluster is the most striking phenomenon in urban commercial development. The author explored the formation mechanism of commercial space clusters from the aspects of production divisibility, value chain and differentiation and tried to use Logistic growth model to simulate the commercial space cluster evolution model and set up a multiple-industry commercial cluster evolution model initially.
