Extent of Rural Credit Rationingunder Agricultural Cooperative Economic Organizations——A Positive Research on the Household Surveyof the Western Rural Areas in Shaanxi

Abstract:
The paper conducts a comprehensive research based on the date of 300 questionnaires survey from Shaanxi Province. The study indicates:1.Different from traditional and intuitive understanding, when compared with with the non-participation in agricultural cooperative economic organizations of the farmers, the financing level of the farmers’ participation is inhibited, and is subjected to a higher degree of credit rationing;2.There is no significant difference between “enterprises+peasant household” and other type of the rural cooperative economic organizations;3.Borrowing requirements are uncertain, as the participants and the farmers in different groups are affected differently.
