产业集群跨越式升级：基于集群龙头企业双链协同的研究

摘要我国产业集群应走以跨越式升级为导向的升级模式，笔者以管理协同理论为基础构建了一个产业集群实现跨越式升级的理论框架，提出了集群龙头企业通过双链(全球价值链和国家价值链)协同促进集群跨越式升级的具体模式，双链协同是协同目标、协同路径、协同机制和协同条件四方面的统一。

Abstract： Based on management synergy theory, this paper constructs a theoretical framework of industrial clusters` leaping upgrading with the arguementation that leading enterprises in clusters should help industrial clusters achieve leaping upgrading by pursuing double chains (global value chain and national value chain) synergy with the unification of synergy object, synergy path, synergy mechanism and synergy conditions.
