城乡医保统筹、社会公平感与农村居民生活满意度

摘要利用中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS)数据和双重差分模型(DID),从社会公平视角检验城乡医保统筹政策影响农村居民生活满意度的效果和作用机制。结果表明:城乡医保统筹政策显著提升了农村居民的生活满意度,该结论在经过一系列稳健性检验后仍然成立;中介机制检验结果显示,个体社会公平感知是城乡医保统筹政策影响农村居民生活满意度的重要传导渠道,但个体健康水平变量并未起到中介传导作用;性别异质性分析表明,相对于男性群体,城乡医保统筹政策对农村居民社会公平感和生活满意度的正向影响在女性群体中更加突出。研究深化了对城乡医保统筹政策社会福利效应的认识和理解,对如何进一步提升中国农村居民的社会公平感和获得感具有一定的理论参考价值。

Abstract： Bases on the data available in the China Labor Dynamics Survey (CLDS) and the Difference-in-Differences (DID) model, this study examines the effects and mechanisms of the urban-rural medical insurance integration policy on rural residents' life satisfaction from the perspective of social fairness. The results show that the urban-rural medical insurance integration policy significantly improves the life satisfaction of rural residents in China, and this conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests. The mediation analysis indicates that individuals' perception of social fairness serves as a significant pathway through which the urban-rural medical insurance integration policy influences the life satisfaction of rural residents in China. However, the variable of individual health status does not mediate this effect. Gender heterogeneity analysis shows that compared to the male population, the positive impact of the urban-rural medical insurance pooling policy on rural residents' sense of social fairness and life satisfaction is more prominent in the female population. The study deepens the understanding of the social welfare effects of the urban-rural medical insurance integration policy and has certain theoretical reference value for how to further enhance the sense of social equity and gain among rural residents in China.
