中国农村居民消费潜能测度及省域差异研究

摘要综合“差距”和“支持保障”的潜能思想,构建包括消费能力、消费需要和消费条件3个子系统的消费潜能评价体系,并结合中国农村居民消费数据展开实证研究。结果发现,农村居民消费潜能处于中低水平,省域消费潜能呈东—中—西区域递减梯度差异;中西部省域消费潜能水平低,是消费潜能开发难点集中区域;省域间消费潜能首要制约因素具有差异性;省域间消费能力差异度显著。

Abstract： The article synthesizes “gap” and “support” hypotheses to build up consumption potential evaluation system,which includes consumption ability, needs as well as conditions, and takes provincial rural residents as the object of empirical study. The conclusions are as follows: rural residents’ consumption potential is in low and middle level, and provincial consumption potential is gradiently decreasing from the east region to the middle and west region; the midwest provincial consumption potential is lower thus it is the difficult area to develop; the primary restricting factors of provincial consumption potential are different; the provincial difference of consumption ability is more significant than needs and conditions.
