制度政策与外商直接投资质量——基于中国1985年～2007年数据的计量检验

摘要笔者利用时间序列数据，采用主成分逐步回归分析方法实证分析了不同的政策制度对我国引进FDI质量的影响。结果表明：市场化程度、对FDI的欢迎态度、对外资企业进口的管制与FDI的质量正相关；对外开放、环境控制与FDI的质量反相关。对外开放与FDI质量反相关，原因可能与对外开放水平的度量及推进的特点、FDI的区域分布严重不均衡有关。

Abstract： The impact of different policy regimes on the quality of FDI in China is analyzed empirically with time series data by principal component regression analysis. The results show that marketization degree, the attitude to FDI and the import control of overseas funded enterprises are positively related to the quality of FDI. Opening up and environmental control are negatively related to the quality of FDI. The reasons for the negative correlation between opening and the quality of FDI might be related to the measure of opening up degree, its development characteristics and the uneven distribution of FDI.
