农业风险分类及风险管理工具适用性分析

摘要笔者结合农业风险的各种表象解析了市场经济条件下农业风险的交互关系，并对农业风险管理工具的适用性及其之间的依存关系进行了分析。由农业风险的多样性和关联性决定，在农业风险管理实践中，不能仅依据风险损失表象选择管理工具，而应挖掘引致损失发生的近因或近因组合，选择与之相对应的风险管理工具或工具组合。

Abstract： By combining the various phenomena of agricultural risks, the author sex plained the mutual relationships among agricultural risks in market economy and analyzed the applicability of agricultural risk management tool and the relationship between them. The variety and relevancy of agricultural risks determine that the selection of management tools should not rely only on the phenomena of risks and losses in the practice of agricultural risk management. Instead the proximate cause or the combination of proximate causes should be explored and the corresponding risk management tool or combination of tools should be selected
