The Empirical Analysis of Influence Factors of Internet Finance

Abstract The rapid development of the Internet Finance had scant impact on the operation mode of traditional finance. The question what factors influence and determine the mode of Internet Finance’s development attracted many people’s attention. On the basis of the past researches, the author summarizes the 5 factors that influence Internet Finance. Based on the related index from 2004 to 2013, the author uses entropy value method to conduct empirical analysis. The result shows that among the influence factors, the characteristics of Internet users have the largest impact on Internet Finance; in the specific indicators, “online sales” is the most important index to Internet Index, and the influence of “interest rate” is not significant to the development of the Internet Finance.
