Abstract In terms of Structural Equation Modeling, the corporate social responsibilities can be divided into three parts----inner responsibility, outer responsibility and public responsibility. After a careful inspection upon the reliability and creditability of the questionnaire, the influences of administrators’ personal characteristics on the corporate social responsibility behavior have been thoroughly investigated with the methods of one-way variance analysis. The results show that administrators’education levels and attitudes to social responsibilityhave obvious influences on certain special dimensions of social responsibility;while age, gender and religious beliefs pose little influences on corporate social responsibilities. Therefore, to level up the corporate social responsibilities,it is important to put emphasis on the roles of administrators,to improve administrators’ quality and to correct administrators’attitudes towards corporate social responsibilities.
