The Influence Mechanism of Entrepreneurs’ Social Capital on Enterprise’s Dynamic Capability——Based on the Mediation Effect of Independent Innovation Level

Abstract The paper measures entrepreneurs’ social capital from heterogeneity, size and strength, discusses its influence on enterprise’s dynamic capability, and further researches the regulation of independent innovation level to the process by using questionnaire survey data of enterprises. The results show that: business social capital and technology social capital all have significantly positive influence on enterprise’s dynamic capability; the strength of system social capital has significantly positive influence on market dynamic capability, but has no positive influence on technology dynamic capability; the independent innovation level regulates the mechanism of above influences in certain aspects.
