Abstract Based on the annual data of the electronics and communication equipment manufacture industry, the paper analyzes the composition and relationship of enterprises techno-innovation dynamics elements by system dynamic model. The research results show that: the intensity of driving force in the enterprise technology innovation can be affected directly by effectiveness of the output of technical innovation. Government support, cooperative innovation, technical talents have positive correlation with the output of technical innovation. Therefore, it is necessary for the government and technical talents work together to promote enterprise technology innovation.
