Abstract This paper presents a co-competition game model about the effect of local institution change on multinational corporation’s social responsibility.Business and This paper provides the best choice for the local government on the multinational corporation’s social responsibility requests under easy,reasonable and tough policies,and this choice is determined by local government’s negotiation and reputation cost,as well as the cost of corporate social responsibility.It also analyzes the influential factors of multinational corporations’ social responsibility under these three policies.
