Research on Innovation Ability of China Manufacture Industry Based on the Perspective of Global Tasks Division

Abstract Influence model of the global tasks division on human capital accumulation reaches a conclusion that global tasks division promotes the accumulation of human capital of the host country, and is beneficial to the improvement of the innovation ability. Empirical study finds that the degree of China’s participation in the global tasks division increases continually, which has obviously promoted the innovation ability of China’s manufacturing. For high technology-intensive industry, the promotion effect is more obvious. FDI, physical capital accumulation, the level of education and R&D capital also play a positive effect on the increase of innovation ability. To enhance the innovation ability of China’s manufacturing, policy suggestions are proposed.
