An Empirical Analysis of the Relationship between the Ability of ProfessionalFarmer Cooperative Entrepreneurs and Its Influencing Factors

Abstract The ability of the cooperative entrepreneurs can affect cooperative performance. Based on the data investigation of 204 cooperative entrepreneurs in Jiangxi Province, and with the analysis method of principal components, the paper extracts 4 main elements of the cooperative entrepreneur’s ability and 7 main elements of its influencing factors. By applying canonical correlation analysis model and BP neural network model, the paper finds that there is high correlation between the ability of the cooperative entrepreneurs and its influencing factors. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions.
