Abstract The paper analyzes the influence of industrial Agglomeration on export sophistication by the model of Metilz with the related data of 25 provinces and the city between 2006-2010 years. The conclusion shows that industrial Agglomeration has an significant effect on export sophistication; the regression results shows obvious difference when using different area data, that is to say, different regional industrial Agglomeration leads to difference level of regional export sophistication of high-tech industry. Improving the level of industrial Agglomeration is an important way to enhance export sophistication of high-tech industry in our country.
