The Influencing Factors Analysis on Technological Progress Effects through China’s ODI——Based on Host Countries Perspective

Abstract This paper builds the theoretical models on technological progress effects through China’s Outward Direct Investment (ODI) from the host countries perspective by analyzing the influencing factors. The empirical results show that the host countries’ technological innovation capability is the primary factor of affecting Technological progress effects through China’s ODI,while the R&D capital stocks of host countries’ through patent spillover are not the main impact factor.
