FDI and Inhomogeneous Human Capital and Economic Growth ——Based on the Analysis of Data from Singapore

Abstract The paper makes an empirical analysis on the data of Singapore with verification. It is found that Inhomogeneous human capital level is key factors in introducing FDI and absorption the spill of FDI technology which in return further improves its inhomogeneous human capital level and pushes technological progress and economic growth, and eventually puts the FDI and inhomogeneous human capital level in the model as the source of the technological progress and economic growth.
