The Analysis of Stochastic Factors Impact Effect on the Path of Food Price Fluctuations

Abstract This paper studies the impact effects and path of the random factors on food price fluctuation by analyzing food price fluctuation attributes in China. The results show that domestic natural disasters event not only has significant direct impact effects, but also has significant indirect impact effects on food price fluctuations; And foreign natural disasters and economic crisis does not have a direct impact effects on food price fluctuations, but economic crisis have a significant indirect impact effects by influencing domestic economic and the common price level.
