Abstract The paper studies new industrial organization method for China’s industrial competition degree from dynamic angle by exploring market share’s mobility of China’s industrial sector. Further research finds there has significant positive correlation between industrial concentration and mobility, so concentration cannot predict mobility. Concentration index and mobility index are complement each other and not alternative when measuring the degree of competition in the industry.
