Abstract In the knowledge economy age, viscosity reducing becomes the key issue in the further research on knowledge transfer. Based on the related literature a review, it is stated that time dimension is an important influence factors of knowledge transfer stickiness. An adequate conceptual model is built for influence factors of knowledge transfer stickiness for further analysis.
