Analysis of Agricultural Risk Classification and the Applicability of Risk Management Tool

Abstract By combining the various phenomena of agricultural risks, the author sex plained the mutual relationships among agricultural risks in market economy and analyzed the applicability of agricultural risk management tool and the relationship between them. The variety and relevancy of agricultural risks determine that the selection of management tools should not rely only on the phenomena of risks and losses in the practice of agricultural risk management. Instead the proximate cause or the combination of proximate causes should be explored and the corresponding risk management tool or combination of tools should be selected
