Abstract�� This paper takes the refrigeration industrial cluster of Minquan county in Henan Province as a typical case and collects formal and informal contact data between enterprises through investigation.Data of the economic relation, technical cooperation and social communication enterprise network in 2013 and 2017 is extracted from the cluster. Then the paper analyzes the regional enterprise network structure and distinguishes the development level and characteristics of the cluster through social network analysis method (SNA). The results show that: 1)Generally, the regional small and medium industrial cluster exhibits typical characteristics of the Marshallian district. 2)The development of the enterprise network is unbalanced, with a low overall network connectivity and underdeveloped industrial chain and supporting network. 3)Social capital plays an important role in the construction of regional enterprise network, but puts the cluster at the risk of ��being locked�� in the meantime. 4)The intermediary nodes of the network have strong heterogeneity, with some low degree value nodes showing strong mediating effect due to their important position.
