Abstract��
Based on the part equilibrium of land market, this paper analyzes of the generation and evolution process of the land urbanization over fast which caused by financial supportive excess. We consider that if the firm and the government can get the loan from the bank, and when there is herd behavior in the land market, the government will increase the area of land development, land urbanization speed can be accelerated with the increase of financial support. Through the empirical analysis of critical value for financial supportive excess, it is proved that there is an issue of financial supportive excess for the development of land urbanization in China.
