Abstract：
The paper analyzes the key factor of education talent development through building corresponding model, and also does empirical study about such factors impact on talent development. The results show, education talent is the key factor influencing talent development. Education investment also has direct impact on both education talent development and management mechanism innovation. At last, the paper brought forward management mechanism innovation model based on the empirical study.
