跨领域才能与IT治理模式选择研究

摘要笔者对员工跨领域才能与IT治理模式选择的关系进行了探讨，并基于实地调研数据，实证分析了二者的关系。结果显示，当业务管理人员具有跨领域才能时，倾向于采用分权型IT治理模式；不具有跨领域才能时，则倾向于采用集权型IT治理模式。IT专业人员具有跨领域才能时，倾向于采用集权型IT治理模式；不具有跨领域才能时，倾向于采用分权型IT治理模式。当双方都具有跨领域才能时，将采取混合型IT治理模式；而双方都不具有跨领域才能时，则需要相互沟通合作。

Abstract： This paper discusses the relationship between cross-domain talents of staff and the choice of IT governance pattern. It states that: if the business management personnel possesses the cross-domain talents,the firm should adopt the decentralized IT governance pattern; if the business management personnel does not possess the cross-domain talents,the firm should adopt the centralized IT governance pattern; if the IT professionals possesses the cross-domain talents,the firm should adopt the centralized IT governance pattern; if the IT professionals does not possess the cross-domain talents,the firm should adopt the decentralized IT governance pattern; if both have the cross-domain talents,the firm should adopt the mixed IT governance pattern; and the both sides should communicate and collaborate when they all do not have the cross-domain talents.
