Abstract：
In the background of the international financial crisis ,It is important for our country's economic development to change model pattern of growth into domestic demand, but it requires a strong social security system as a support. This paper researches the rural social security spending to the rural residents’ consumption demand impact by the Consumption function of Ando and Modigliani as the basis of consumption and innovation together with China's rural areas of social security expenditures related data from 1985 to 2010.
